CARE FOR THE WHOLE PROPERTY

Commercial & HOA cleaning,
with the scope made clear.

Pure Air California provides air duct, dryer exhaust, HVAC component and filter cleaning for Los Angeles businesses and managed properties. Start with the building, equipment and access. We’ll help define the work and a property-specific estimate before service is scheduled.

HOAs & apartment communities

Identify individual dryer lines, shared exhaust, accessible outlets and any common-area HVAC. Separate unit work from building work and agree who authorizes each part.

LESS GUESSWORK BEFORE THE VISIT

Four steps to a useful proposal.

  1. Describe the property. Send the city, building type, number of units or systems, and the issue you want assessed.
  2. Map access and responsibility. Identify unit entry, roof access, shared equipment, tenant authorization and vendor requirements.
  3. Agree the written scope. Specify components, exclusions, work windows, optional services, price and any requested documentation.
  4. Plan the service record. Agree how completed areas, inaccessible lines and follow-up items will be recorded.

PAST WORK, SPECIFIC PLACES

Experience you can explore.

Our records include guestroom ventilation, blower and coil work at Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles; dryer exhaust work at SoulCycle’s Brentwood and Culver City studios; and a four-system West Hollywood office scope. Each project page identifies its date and recorded components.

A proposal built for your property.

System counts alone do not define the work. Give us the vent layout, accessible service points and scheduling requirements so the estimate reflects your building. If you are comparing bids, ask each contractor to name the same components and explain any exclusions.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Clear answers.
A confident next step.

How much does commercial or HOA cleaning cost?

Commercial and multi-unit work is quoted for the property. Share the number of systems or dryer lines, building layout, access restrictions and work window. The written estimate should distinguish individual units, shared equipment, optional work and documentation. Residential starting prices do not establish an HOA per-unit rate.

Can you work around residents, guests or business hours?

Tell us your preferred work window, resident access arrangements and building rules. We confirm availability and access before scheduling. Shared risers, roof access and common equipment require coordination with the authorized property manager.

What insurance or completion documents should we request?

Send your vendor and insurance requirements before accepting a proposal, including any requested Certificate of Insurance or additional-insured wording. Confirm available coverage, paperwork, photographs and unit-by-unit reporting in writing. A cleaning report is not a fire-code certification or a guarantee of insurer approval.

Do all dryer lines need cleaning on the same schedule?

The appropriate interval depends on use, vent layout, equipment instructions and observed lint buildup. A busy commercial laundry and an individual condo may need different plans. Establish the inspection and cleaning schedule for the actual equipment rather than applying a universal calendar.
