    We review your property details, discuss the systems and access, and help you understand the proposed scope.

  2. We confirm the scope and price

    We discuss whether a site inspection is needed and confirm the included work and price before service. Additional findings are reviewed with the person authorized to approve them.

  3. You approve, then we schedule

    Confirm the scope, access arrangements and available work window with PAC. Submitting this request does not book an appointment.

  4. Review the completed work

    Agree on the completion information you need, including any requested photos of accessible areas and a record of work that could not be completed.

Common questions before booking

Is the estimate really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. You can take the quote and do nothing with it.
How long does the work take?
The number of systems, their condition and access determine the time required. Larger homes and multi-unit or commercial properties need their own work plan. We discuss an expected window when the scope is confirmed.
Do I need to be home?
A homeowner, estate manager or other authorized contact needs to arrange access and approve the scope. Discuss who will meet the team and remain reachable for any additional findings.
Will the price change once you arrive?
Not without your agreement. If the inspection turns up something that changes the scope — an extra system, severe contamination — we explain it and requote before doing anything.
Do you serve my area?
We serve Los Angeles County and parts of Ventura County. Share the property ZIP code so we can confirm service coverage and appointment availability before scheduling.
Can you quote a commercial property?
Yes. Share the building type, system count, site contact and required work hours. We’ll discuss whether an on-site assessment is needed. Evening, weekend or other restricted work windows are subject to availability and must be confirmed before booking.
